Breanna is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Breanna’s clinical practice focuses on adolescents and adults. In her clinical work, Breanna helps her clients navigate their overwhelming feelings and challenges revolving around anxiety, depression, relationship/familial conflict, prenatal and postpartum, and trauma.

Breanna works to help her clients identify the thoughts that have led to the overwhelming feelings that they are experiencing, so that they can uncover the underlying core beliefs that have shaped these thoughts. Often, we experience dysfunctional core beliefs, and so Breanna helps her clients develop the skills to challenge these core beliefs and create more positive thinking patterns.

Experience: With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Gender Studies, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology, Breanna has developed a passion for helping individuals persevere through their mental health struggles by helping them develop greater self-awareness and self-esteem.

Client Focus: Adults, Teens

Types of Therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical behaviour Therapy (DBT) and narrative therapy are some of the therapeutic approaches utilized by Breanna.

More than just my work: Breanna enjoys playing hockey and exploring the outdoors. She likes to pick up a good book, listen to country music, and spend time with her family.
